Terry is the personal assistant to the Director. Terry has experience in management and previously worked at the Institute for Aboriginal Development as Coordinator of Education and Training and Manager of the Language and Culture Department. She has also worked at Anyinginyi Congress Aboriginal Corporation in Tennant Creek as the Manager of Education and Training and as a Qualified Dental Assistant. She is a Warrumunga woman and has family ties in Alice Springs.
