Project Description
The Centre for Remote Health team at Katherine Campus worked collaboratively with the Wurli Wurlinjang Health Promotion Team to develop an evaluation framework and complete the evaluation of the Diabetes Day program. The evaluation results demonstrated a considerable improvement in social and emotional wellbeing and a small but significant improvement in clinical outcomes. There has also been an increase in the capacity of clients to control life events.
