Brief Biography
Nettie has worked in Central Australia since 1995, primarily with children and their families in the areas of child protection and maternal and child health. She is currently undertaking research into the issue of child protection practice in cases of child neglect, and looking at how child protection workers approach issues of poverty and cultural difference in assessment and intervention.
