The health workforce is vital to the wellbeing of remote communities, and workforce challenges are complex. In response, CRH conducts research and evaluations into the workforce requirements for responding to key health issues, the amelioration of issues that impact on the remote health workforce, and investigates ways of providing necessary training and supporting existing and emerging remote health practitioners.
